Outdoor rinks

I need somew help with information regarding out door rinks, we have very few due to our inclemant UK whether. But the rink I need help on had been laid with tarmac covered with concrete dust mixed with polymer. The surface is too grippy for sports what surface prep, paint or varnish could you recomend to improve the surface?:confused:

we have an outdoor arena

Outdoor sports tile would be what i recommend for it.

You can play hockey,basketball,soccer and other sports on it.
