There is a lot of bitching over bids... There may be some league officials performing above and beyond, or some may not. I would just like to get a grasp on what kind of opportunities exists to join the league and make a difference.

I'd like to know how much actual compensation the league officials receive. I realize a lot may just be reimbursement for travel expenses or not much... I'd like to specifically know the details for the executive director of the ncrha, the director of the secrhl, the director of the ecrha, and the VP of the ecrha.

Something tells me that it's unprofessional to release salaries over this medium. You should probably consider sending emails to determine that information, if they can even release that.

Explain to me how it would be unprofessional to let members know what their officials are up to. We deserve to know.

And this medium is perfect because the more people that hear it, the more people are going to be willing to make an effort to improve the league as much as possible.

There's nothing official about a message board. This is allegedly just for fun and discussion purposes, not for actual league business.

Here are rough numbers...since both NCRHA and ECRHA are not-for-profit organizations their budgets are actually publicly accessible if you follow the right procedure.

NCRHA ED and DLO ~$5k
ECRHA ED and DHO ~$10k
SECRHL ???

thanks burke! are those numbers in addition to travel expenses? i guess i 'll just email brennan edwards and ask? or... what's the correct procedure?

For the teams in the ECRHA this information is shown in the budget that teams vote on at the annual league meeting.

I agree you deserve to know, but since this is not an NCRHA site, you would also be sharing this info with "non-members".
