Didn't Evergreen CC finish in first in WCRHL Div. III, ahead of Riverside CC?

but riverside won 2 games between them, and only lost what appears to be a forfeit...

considering the number of d3 teams there are. you're ridiculously correct.

Evergreen CC's goalie injured himself prior to regionals which is why im sure they are unable to make the trip...however i believe they are a good team...i dont think they have the depth and strength to contend a title at nationals quite yet...hopefuly next year they wont run into such bad luck because it would be nice to have another school coming frmo the wcrhl for nationals...

Just so you all know, Evergreen has stated that they did not intend to play at Nationals, and did not elect to play Regionals either, the latter due to a goaltender injury and several players unable to make the trip down to Southern California. They did not intend to play at Nationals in the first place.

That explains alot, thanks. Too bad, they were a gritty, go for broke team, it was nice to see another team come outta nowhere and compete.

that makes it easy...

Since we've never been to nationals, would someone enlighten me on how they go? (Round robin , then playoff or brackets) Thanks and good luck.

Assuming since you're 8 teams...

2 pools of 4, 3 games of round-robin then all teams move to an 8-team single elimination bracket.
