So is the ECRHA only putting up scores on the private message board?
Keeping them secret?

Sorry, Neuman's roller hockey team blew a 5 goal lead and lost to Stony Brook.

A 5-0 lead? I didn't think I'd ever see Neumann drop a lead like that...usually they just go for the juggular at that point and it's over.

they are a good team and should do well at nationals. they seem to be well balanced with 2 or 3 standout players. expect them to make it to the final four unless there are other teams that have improved dramaticly since last season.

After what I saw in that game, I think they are better than good. This is a very tough team. Solid defense, a threat at all times on offense and the goaltending is as good as it gets. Needless to say coming back from 5 goals down says much about the attitude of this team. Never hung their heads and if I remember correctly didn't have an even strength goal against. This was one of the most exciting games I've seen, Props to Stony Brook this really showed what that team is made of. Good Luck at the Nationals!

Left-winger Phil Bourque was a "jack of all trades" during an NHL career that lasted nearly 500 games. He was capable of scoring, checking and battling in the corners and was often deployed in key situations. The versatile player also spent part of his career on defence where he made the transition look easy.
Bourque played two years of junior with the OHL's Kingston Canadians. He was signed as a free agent by the Pittsburgh Penguins then spent the bulk of his first three years as a pro with the AHL's Baltimore Skipjacks. Bourque starred on the Muskegon Lumberjacks' blueline in 1987-88 and was named to the IHL first all-star team and presented the Governor's trophy as the league's top defenceman. In 1988-89, he earned a place in the NHL as a grinding winger and scored 17 goals while helping the Pens reach the playoffs for the first time since 1981-82.
Bourque recorded consecutive 20-goal seasons in 1990 and 1991 and started to become a team leader. He scored 13 points in 24 games when Mario Lemieux led Pittsburgh to its inaugural Stanley Cup in 1991. Bourque's grit was also a factor when the Pens repeated their Cup triumph the next year.
In August 1992, he was signed as a free agent by the New York Rangers but the club missed the playoffs in 1992-93. They were much stronger the next season but ended up moving Bourque to the Ottawa Senators three months before they won the Stanley Cup. While the Rangers were marching towards the Cup, Bourque was helping the United States finish fourth at the 1994 World Championships. After battling injuries and playing a defensive role in Ottawa for two years, Bourque was demoted to the IHL. He played the 1997-98 season in Germany with the Rosenheim club before retiring.

I agree Stony Brook showed a lot of character over the whole weekend. They played four games in a row decided by one goal, with come back wins over Hofstra and West Chester before the Neumann comeback. This team never lays down and is always fighting. I think that they are def. on of teams to beat going into nationals... With their talent up front and on the back line, as well as, two of the best goalies in the ECRHA. Good luck at nationals everyone who gets in..
