Don't know if anyone is watching tonights broadcast of Montreal and NJ, but Montreal Canadien # 8 Mike Komisarek (West Islip, N.Y.) was interviewed between periods and gave props to playing roller hockey in Long Island. Born in 1982, drafted in 2001, played in the U.S. Developmental Ice Hockey Program.

Did anyone play roller with this guy on the isle? any good stories?

I played Junior B Ice Hockey for Suffolk PAL with Mike back in the day. I wasn't playing much roller back then, but when we did play it was either at Bulldog or rapid fire.
