the ice dogs have players from:

Sean Sullivan-growl
Jimmy Redsreak-bandits
Dustin Roux-bandits
Brock Wilson-bandits
thomas stahl and tj zutkowski will also be playing but they do not play piha

mitch hardin from the bandits was suppose to be their goalie but he is still out for a while do to his surgery last month.

troho: will all of those players be playing, if so, that is a big roster. is this the same team that played in torhs d2 last summer? saw them play a few times. just curiouss.

We will do our best to get all of the players involved in the tourny, hopefully not because of injury. I know a few guys are banged up already so maybe they will volunteer for a game off. Yes the majority of the guys played Torhs tier 2 with us last summer, we will be looking to do the same this summer as well as Narch Platinum.

Pete Messina from River City Whalers is playing with the Mudcats and I'm pretty sure Costanza is too.

There are probably about 50 guys playing in Torhs pro that also play PIHA.

that's a great thing for the league.. it shows the best players out there are playing both Pro series tournaments and PIHA...

Pro scores from friday

Pama Cyclones beat the NJ/NY Selects by several goals 5-1 or something

Mudcats beat Ice Dogs 4-3 in a great game.

I didn't get to watch very much of the game, because we had a midget game at the same time, but it was nice to see quite a lot of the Mudcats roster in attendance.

Ice Dogs gave them a run for their money. I hope they face each other in the playoffs. For those of you that know my theory, let's see if it holds up.

Assuming that the Wolves beat the Roller Rats later in the tournament. The Pama lose could set up a semifinal matchup against the Mud Cats, instead of the expected final between those two power houses. It will play well for the other two playoff teams. I would expect it to be the Snipers and the winner of Ice Dogs vs Wolves.

pama cyclones just got knocked out, losing to the snipers 4-3. this would set up a semi final match of snipers vs. winner of ice dogs/wolves and tour mudcats vs. mass bombers

Actually Pama is in the playoffs. The NY/NJ selects beat the bombers and since the Bombers allowed two goals PAMA got in because of the threeway tiebreaker that led to the goals against in standings for entry to the playoffs.

we(Ice dogs) take on the Empire Snipers at 4:30

the other semi is the Tour Mudcats vs. the Pama Cyclones. Should be 2 very good games today

Mudcats beat PAMA 4-1. Snipers Beat the ice dogs in a shootout. Snipers scored the tying goal with 6 seconds left to send the game to overtime. Ice dogs shot first and the Snipers goal saved all 3 of the shootout shots. The snipers scored their first 2 tow win. Mudcats vs. Snipers in the final.

Can anyone confirm the rumor that the Pama Cyclones were without Jerry Osterkamp this past weekend at TORHS Winter Cup? Osterkamp is arguably the best player in the game, so that would shed some light on Pama's struggles.

They were without Jerry. They did have JP Bielstein, Christian Skoryna, and Robbie Laurie in net. It just was not their weekend.

Thanks

I kind of figured the Mudcats would come out strong, after losing in OT at NARCh and TORHS Finals last year, you know they're ready to re-establish themselves as the best.
