Can someone explain what the minimun requirements are for grad student's to play in the league?

Six credit hours in a matriculated (i.e. making progress toward a degree) graduate program.

Only undergraduates are required to carry a minimum credit requirement, but everyone must be matriculated. I don't necessarily agree with it, that's just the way it's written.
