Only asking because Brennan is usually so on the ball with the league. ;)

That being said, it was rather difficult trying to make arrangements for the upcoming tournament in Davis when the schedule changed twice with less than a week until the event.

Also, if one of the reasons for the changes was the dropping out of Riverside CC (who was slated in the original schedule) why didn't they receive forfeit losses just as Modesto JC did when they apparently dropped out of the Anaheim tournament? More importantly, whats with the dropping?

I'm not trying to flame at all. They honestly do a fantastic job over here, and I feel this to be nothing more than an aberration, but still wanted to know whats up.

Why not email the league and ask rather than asking on a public message board? Wouldn't they know the answer best?

Haven't had much success with email correspondence in the past. ::shrug::

I know you've answered some ECRHA questions here in the past, I was just taking a shot with the off chance someone might have some insight.

Sorry you didnt have the best luck with email, hopefully that wasn't a problem on our end. As far as RCC/MJC forfeits go, you are correct that they should be treated equally. One thing I did not know, is if I would have 3 events in the 2nd half for each of them to play in. I still dont have that answer, but am working towards it. I apologize for the schedule revision, but I did it as soon as I was notified. I cannot control how late a team drops out, and a schedule revision is better than the rink sitting vacant for 3-4 hours out of the day.

Thanks,
Brennan

No problem, I was in a bit of scramble mode when I wrote that, but it turned out to be yet another great tourney.
