The excitement is building as the ECRHA gears up for a jam-packed weekend on Long Island with college games and exciting events encompassing two excellent Long Island facilities ? Skatesafe America (Old Bethpage, NY) and Sportime (Bethpage, NY). This is going to be an event that will be talked about for weeks to come!
Traveling from the St. Louis - Great Plains Region (GPCIHL), the ECRHA welcomes Division I and B Division National Champions Lindenwood University, along with hometown heroes Greg Thompson and Tommy Bruce. With the addition of a third stellar team and rosters full of great talent, the matchups will make for some challenging competition. Lindenwood?s DI team takes on three-time defending regional champion Towson University on Saturday night at 7:00PM. With Towson?s own Long Island talent including Jim Tamburino (Hicksville), Josh Stein (East Williston), Greg Pantaleo (Center Moriches) and Ryan Cowdell (Sachem) this is a game you won?t want to miss!
Over the course of the weekend, fans can look forward to some big High School match-ups, a free Mission/NCRHA Youth Hockey College clinic, the NY Islanders Community Patrol, Mission and Revision giveaways, and a College Information Station! Admission is free all weekend.
