Just curious. I know some leagues have already started and i was wondering how the new emphasis on penalties is affecting the games.

Im in the WCRHL, and If they ref like they did for us....expect a LOT more penalties.

look at the new rules thread. i heard from my old teammates that there are alot of penalties but the refs are being very good about explaining why you get them so you can adapt easier.
