Hey Folks,
Today I received a newsletter from the Coach House & Galaxy Theatre, two music venues in Southern California where I've attended shows. It contained the following sentiments that are pretty damn great. I wish I'd written them.

THE COACH HOUSE & GALAXY THEATRE newsletter
Greetings!
Once again, welcome to the fabulous world of The Coach House & The Galaxy. Thank you for taking the time to read our little bits of news.
This past week has been one of political and social introspection for the entire country. It reminds us of how lucky we are to have one another, on any and every level. Without just one person, the world is an entirely different place -- so different that it's frightening to think about for too long. Can you imagine the lives of anybody and everybody who's life you've ever touched -- and everybody those people have ever touched, and so on, had you not been a part of it?
Every person you've smiled for; every time you've laughed with a child; even every time you've taken pity on the poor sap in traffic and let him into your lane, you've made his day a little brighter. If you take a moment to think of the impact that you -- just you -- have, and what a great body of people you affect, you'll be awestruck. I know I am. Who knows who, or what, we inspire? Sometimes horrible events serve to remind us of the importance of certain truths.
My truth is this: We are a family -- all of us. Thank you, from all of us at The Galaxy and The Coach House -- on behalf of our staff, our artists, our vendors, our sponsors, our advertisers. Thank you on behalf of everyone you will meet in our venues, and everyone standing behind them, pulling the strings to help make the shows happen. Thank you for being a part of our family. We wish you well... better, we wish you everything. You are the epicenter.
