Mission Helium Quatro 7500s

I just bought a pair of the 7500s and the heel wheels on both wheels stop when spun. At first it was just my left one, but I took it out, cleaned the bearing and put it back in. Still stuck so I tried swapping it and now they both stop. Any help? Mission has very poor e-mail system and it wasn't working.

Take the skates back to the pro shop that you bought them from. They can call Mission direct and they could exchange them right there. I own a pro shop and that is how we do it.

Now this is why i get mission *censored* for next to nothing because of poor manufacturing on all series.. call this number 1-866-4 mission.. i suggest instead of trading in for 10000, wait for the new mission stuff.. its amazing
