Duties
The InLine In House Hockey Coordinator works together with the Director of Hockey. The main responsibility is the InLine Hockey program. However, the Coordinator also works in all facets of the Hockey department, both ice and in-line, to ensure the success of the department's programs. This includes performing or assisting the Director with the following duties, but is not limited to:

* On-court instruction in Learn to Play, In-House Leagues, camps, clinics, and other programs.
* Be accessible to customers when programs are active at the facility.
* Preparation of league schedules input of schedules into appropriate computer programs and communication of the schedules to the ISC General Manager.
* Communication with outside official schedulers to ensure we have both officials and scorekeepers for games.
* Verification of payments for official scheduler companies.
* Preparation of score sheets, sign in sheets, and waivers for leagues.
* Collection of monies from teams and individuals.
* Mailing of marketing brochures.
* Communication with teams.
* General administration of various leagues, camps, clinics and programs.

Schedule
* The InLine Hockey Coordinator works 40 45 hours per week, with possible additional hours during peak times.
* The traditional work week consists of evening (4-12) and weekend shifts

Skills/Requirements/Qualifications
The ideal candidate has the following skills:
* High school diploma or GED; College graduate with a major in Sports Management preferred.
* Minimum of one year experience teaching/coaching In Line Hockey.
* Minimum of three years playing In Line Hockey.
* Have experience in the day to day administration of sports leagues.
* Basic computer skills including: internet, Microsoft Word, Microsoft
Publisher and Microsoft Excel.
* Good communication skills with the public.
* Be able to work independently without supervision.

Salary and Benefits
$20,000 annually/$9.62 per hour
Overtime to be paid at 1.5x base hourly rate
Extra income available from private lessons.
