The North American Roller Hockey League will start this December with professional teams competing along the East Coast. The teams will play a 16 game season 8 home and 8 away with playoffs beginning in May of 2002. Each team will compete for the opportunity to have their names permanently engraved on the NARHL Cup and a shot at the $10,000 grand prize. The NARHL is designed for local communities to summons all the talent in the immediate area to field the best possible team. Franchises will be able to build a local fan base to support their home team for many years to come.
