USA Hockey InLine Announces One-Year Agreement With Matéflex
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- USA Hockey InLine, the official inline hockey program of USA Hockey, today announced an agreement with Matéflex as the new official playing surface supplier of USA Hockey InLine. Matéflex will provide the playing surface for the 2006 USA Hockey InLine National Championships at the SportsCenter of Connecticut in Shelton, Conn., June 23-30. Following the event, the flooring will be available for purchase.
?We are pleased to be working with Matéflex in supplying all of our flooring needs for 2006,? said Gary Del Vecchio (Colo. Springs, Colo.), director of USA Hockey InLine. ?We believe this product represents the best of its kind in the industry.?
Based in Utica, N.Y., Matéflex was established in 1974 to both manufacture and market the highest quality modular surface. Through the years, it has expanded into a complete sports floor line offering inline hockey, aerobics and gymnasium flooring.
?Our company is proud to supply USA Hockey InLine and support its efforts in promoting inline hockey,? said Jeremy Lopata (Utica, N.Y.), sales representative of Matéflex. ?We are pleased to introduce Matéflex Inline Arena Tile, a new and improved design for inline hockey and multi-sport market.
Notes: Roughly 100 teams will participate in the USA Hockey InLine National Championships in Shelton, Conn., ?
