Hi Folks,

My favorite NHL player, Luc Robitaille, retired from the Los Angeles Kings today, effective at the end of this season. I got a chance to meet him a few times, and once played pickup inline hockey with him at the beach in Santa Monica. He was one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I look forward to seeing him play his last home game as a King this Saturday night. Luc is a true ambassador for game of hockey, both ice and inline.

Sincerely,

One heck of a player! Used smarts to make up for any shortcomings... a truly sad thing seing him retire....

Hopefully he will remain an ambassador for both ice and inline hockey. He was a good player who you never heard about except during the season. I want to the kings game where they honored him for setting the record for goals by a Kings player.
