Explain how the Best Goalie in the League in Joey Dalosio doesnt make the All Star Team?

Simple... each team in the east is sending no more then one or two players. The league gave us a choice between sending sean sullivan or one of our two goalies. Sullivan is in our opinion top 5 in the league and had to be there and at the time our two goalies were neck and neck and we didnt want to choose between them. Also I personally felt that though I agree Joey is the best in the league, there are more deserving keepers in the league who dont have the team in front of them that joey and kalish have. Very glad that Yokes made it, he has deserved it. I was disappointed in the Rohrbach selection, though I agree he is also one of the best, as is burke, I was pulling for guys like Neffield, Lavera, and Bailey for the other spot. The Typhoon could have sent any number of their skaters who deserve to be all-stars. Should be a terrific event either way.

should be a good game. Yokes deffinetly deserves to be there. he has kept us in quite a few games. i'm anxious to see the rocky mountain guys play.

Just wanted to say congrats to everyone who made the teams. Obviously i can't speak about the west, but i know that there are tons of deserving players in the east and it's too bad they all couldn't make it. It will be nice to be on the same side as some of those guys for a change. Also, i was wondering where some of the other players going are planning on staying and what else might be going on during the weekend...

Hey TJ, thanks for the props. There are several very good goaltenders in the league and playing behind the Growl defense and sometimes more importantly, the offense can make for some easy nights in the nets. Sean definitely deserves a selection, he is one of the most talented players in the league. Jimmy gets grandfather claused in, because...well look at him, he IS practically a grandfather. It would have been an honor to have been selected, but I most likely would have not been able to attend due to prior commitments anyway. Congrats to all the All-Stars and good luck to everyone playing. Go East!

Not to mention the fact that we don't have to play against our team. As fun as it would be to face our snipers, it probably wouldn't be great for the numbers.

Hey Jake . . .I have no idea where anyone is staying yet, I still have to talk to TJ. But it'd probably be a good idea for everyone to try to stay in one hotel . .which would aid in our own fun for the weekend.

I can tell you that we always stay at the same hotel out there and will again that friday night. We stay at the comfort in right off of 83. I will post the hotels number and address in a bit.

i believe rohrbach was a league selection. i'm not saying that he wouldn't have been picked if he wasn't. jason has great numbers and has played well for us all year. yokes has played well also so he is definitely deserving as well. bailey and joey d should also be there, but we only have one net to protect. i know there are a few guys that aren't available. i believe what happens is when the schedule comes out our guys look at it and schedule vacations or family stuff when they see a break. i did that last year and missed the game. if i can play (i go to the doc on tuesday) we (the east) are going to have our hands full. they are bringing a very good group to play us.

i agree joe, you should've been selected, but oh well, sorry i couldn't come out there this weekend boys... me and ray will be back this weekend ready for Mazer and his crew for what should be a very low scoring, competitive weekend.
i'm not slow, i'm patient
