This Saturday the Philadelphia Growl will host a youth shootout in coordination with the tournament being held at the Sportsplex over the weekend. Any players between the ages of 9-16 are welcome to participate. Shooters will be seperated into four age divisions and the four winners will participate in a game of chance hosted by the girls of Hooters Bensalem. To the grand prize winner, Spike will award two lower level tickets to an upcoming Flyers game. All players in the tournament or Sportsplex house league players are given free admission to the game with a paid adult. Please note that this opportunity is not limited to players from the tournament. Anyone 9-16 is welcome to participate. Players under the age of 9 are also welcome to participate, but will be placed in the 10 & under shooters bracket. The event will take place during half time of the Growl game on Saturday.
