Hi Folks,

Does anyone know Frank Lobalsamo from Shirley, New York?

He requested an RHI Edmonton Sled Dogs jersey I had for sale, I sent it, and a month has gone by with only an excuse and no payment.

It's not much money, but it sure is galling to trust someone and get burned.

Yes, he has screwed other people as well. He is a liar who likes to agree and make deals, then backs out if the money is better. He is currently being sued in NY court--if you want info on how to take part or to get your case added, I can provide. I have been successful in other court cases in getting other plaintiffs added---when the fraud is done online it is considered theft by deception, and the NY States Attorney's Office has made this a top priority.
