Buffalo played PIHA in 2004. It was a short expansion division schedule, but with the possibility of northern expansion, it would be great to have them play full time with us. Hopefully the word reaches them and they get in tocuh with us again.

I hear that TJ ! Let me explain TJ's unfriendly post. During the 05 XIHL season, us Werewolves had a home and home scheduled with the Buffalo Wings. We traveled 6 1/2 hours in a blizzard, in the middle of the night to play a game up in Buffalo. The following week, they never showed up to our rink, and never even called to let anybody know they were not coming. We had 80+ fans show up looking to see some good hockey. We did put on a bit of a show by having a skills competition and inter squad scrimmage, but it wasn't exactly what they showed up for. This is the kind of stuff that has hurt our sport over the past few years.
