The following is a chain of email between myself as a representative of the Upenn Roller Hockey club and Hyper Hockey. The only thing that has been removed are the email addresses. Notice the Dates on the emails!! The short of the story is that we were promised a discounted rate by hyper and after we had completed the order they completely dropped off the face of the earth. Thankfully I did not give them any credit information but after the way I was treated I warm others to be wary of any promises by the company.

Hi, My name is Jason Kalish and I am currently the representative for
the University of Pennsylvania Roller Hockey team. Many of the
players on my team are currently looking for new wheels. Being
college students we are very cost conscious. At the same point we are
a very competitive team and we feel that buying second rate wheels
would hurt the performance of our team. We were curious at the
possibility of purchasing wheels from Hyper in bulk in an effort to
cut down costs. We would be willing to accept cosmetic seconds or non
current models. In return we would have no problem displaying your
company as a team sponsor on our website.
Thanks for your time. You can learn more about our club from our
website: http://dolphin.upenn.edu/~rhockey/

Hi Jason,
thanks for the e-mail...I checked out your website, looks good, and I think college roller hockey is important for the growth of the sport.
I would be prepared to offer your team a pro-form sponsorship, I am attaching the appropriate forms one of which shows the prices that you can purchase product for and how much of a discount it is...Let me know when you would like to place an order.
Good luck and talk to you soon,
Benny Frank.

Ben,
Thank you so much for the sponsorship opportunity. I have spoken with
my players and they are very eager to order from your company. Once
all the paperwork is taken care of I will probably be able to place an
order on Thursday or Friday of the upcoming week.
I think this relationship is a great opportunity for both the Upenn
Roller Hockey Club and Hyper Hockey. I have spoken to our webmaster
and we will place a link to your website on our club page immediately.
If there is anything else we can do to further the goals of your
company please let us know.
Thanks Again,
Jason Kalish

Ben,
Here is our order. There is a good chance we will be ordering team
pants in the near future. Please contact me tomorrow about payment
and shipping information. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. The best
time to reach me is anytime between Noon and 5pm.
December 15, 2005
Great, thanks Jason,
all I need for the payment information is a credit card number and type, expirary date, name, 3 digit security code on back, and a billing address.
And shipping address if different from the billing address.
December 15, 2005
Ben,
I would prefer if I could get an official invoice from hyper to verify
all the order information before I send out my credit card info.
Thanks,
Jason Kalish

Ben,
I am still looking for an invoice for our wheel order. I am holding
quite a substantial amount of money on behalf of my team and my
players are in desperate need of new wheels for the remainder of the
season. If you could please contact me ASAP regarding our situation I
would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Jason Kalish

Ben,
I have not heard from you in over a month regarding our wheel order.
As a team we are very frustrated with this situation. If I do not
hear back from you by Monday I will have no choice but to consider our
deal void and refund the money to my players. Even if the sponsorship
is no longer possible I would still appreciate some type of response.
