Here we go, have not been on here for quite sometime, but...

1-What happened to the XIHL?
2-Are the NY Rockers playing at the Inman Sports Rink this season?
3-Whatever happened to the MLRH placing a team in Rhode Island?
4-Where is my money from Face-Off Magazine for articles I wrote back in 2003?
5-What are some of the former New Jersey Bullets doing these days?
6-Does anyone know where the CJB (AKA Christopher Cup) is that used to be played among the New Jersey teams in the MLRH?
7-And when will the MLRH finally come to the Midwest (Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis??)

Also, when are teams going to stop leaving the MLRH only to return a season later. Heck, The Gladiators did it twice with the folding of the NARHL and XIHL. Perhaps the MLRH had the right plan all of the time.

Hi Bulletshockey,

Those are only eight questions... brush up on your math. /wtimages/icons/wink.gif

I can answer a couple of 'em:

"What happened to the XIHL?"

It tried and failed, like many potential professional inline hockey leagues in the past.

"Where is my money from Face-Off Magazine for articles I wrote back in 2003?"

Good question. I got paid, but it was a check made out in British pounds, and when I tried to cash it, a 60-day hold was placed on it. A week after I got it cashed, I got a call from Thomas Cook & Co. telling me that the check was no good and had bounced. I told them I was shocked and disappointed... for them! /wtimages/icons/shocked.gif

7-And when will the MLRH finally come to the Midwest (Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus and Indianapolis??)

When you can locate 4 or 5 owners who can arrange for a proper place to play. MLRH has had teams in Columbus and Detroit in the past (98-99). Other leagues had teams out there but they never lasted (no real owner).

Why do teams keep leaving MLRH? - Simple answer, because people think it is easy to run a league when in fact it is a great deal of work (and there is no money in it).
