Rink Rat or Factory?

What is the best wheel for a 6'1" 165 lb. speedster ,having trouble slipping with Labeda gripper lites, and also Dynastys. Is it Rink Rat and what style of Rink Rat or is it the Factory wheel also what style ? He will be trying out for a Team in September and would like to get him some good wheels.

I would say Rink Rat personally, but I use no other wheels than Rat's myself, so my opinion is a bit biased. Everything I have seen from Factory at my rink has completely snapped, or blew out etc. I have had very few issues with Rink Rat over the past year. Go with the Hornets, the 76a's I would say for that size. Good luck to him at the tryouts.

You might also want to try 76A's on the front and back wheels and 78A's on the middle two wheels. I found it to be a great set up. I haven't lost any grip at all but can feel the difference in straight away speed.

i used to use rink rat's. now i use speedfreeks . they have lasted longer then any rink rat's ive used and grip better. and they're pretty cheep.
