I'm shopping around for a new pair of shins. My trusty Jofa 6090's have finally cracked on me. Does anyone have any feedback on the new RBK's? I'm curious as to how the 8K and 6K measure up especially since the 6K is vented and is pre-cut without the foam knee extension. These are the only 2 shin pads I'm looking at right now.

I would look at the 4Ks. Probably not as bulky as the 6Ks & definitley not as bulky as the 8Ks. They have the same low cut knee thing. I wouldn't want anything super bulky for roller & most of the time I always cut that knee foam off.

HEY I BOUGHT THE BAUER 8000 AND I LOVE THEM. TO ME THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY EQUIPTMENT ARE MY SHINGUARDS.I HAVE HAD TO MANY LEG INJURIES AND I NEED SOMETHING STRONG AND PROTECTIVE. I HAVE BEEN USING THE 8000 NOW FOR 2 MONTHS AND THEY ARE ARGUABLY THE BEST ONES I HAVE EVER HAD.
