Looking for pickups in Louisiana and MS for July 4

Hey everybody,

I f anyone knows of pickups going on in southwest mississippi or Louisiana I'm interested inplaying ina game or more. I'll be visiting some family in McComb, MS and Lafayette, LA durung the 4th of July week and following weekend, during which I plan to make a pilgrimage to the Epuck.com's store site, Black Ice. Jbo I know you're out there , let me know. I can also make it to Petal or Hattiesburg MS if anyone from there is on this forum. I'm a defenseman with a couple years experience, but far from a NarCh level player, just love the game.

All I know is that on Mondays( I suppose they still are, usually play for 2-4 hrs too, so I hear) at Topshelf in Lafayette they have pickup games at night there... I have never gone to them though...
We are in league play in Baton Rouge, and there is no pickup games at all....

I think I have topshelf's number and stuff somewhere... let me know (email) and I can get it to ya... I will even go to topshelf too to meet ya and play too.... I have never played at topshelf, but they do have sport court surface, and the place is supposed to be "top" notch..

Black Ice is nice... although.. like many have said before... selection is limited..don't get me wrong.. they have LOTS of stuff....all at great prices.... the doors open at noon during the week... on the weekend they open at 10am I think.... they are in the same building as a "backpacking" type place...we got lucky one day and showed up at 10.. the guy in the backpack place called one of the guys to open up black ice for us at 10! Service baby.. yeah!

Anyways...just let me know...oh yeah.. I ain't all too good either...old and slow I am eh? j-bo

At topshelf.. only mondays..
