Please try to avoid responding to negative posts or personal attacks on the message board; it simply keeps flame wars going. If you see posts that are over the line, please e-mail me and I'll take a look at them. That said, I appreciate the thoughts and support of those who dislike negative posts and spam, and I'll continue to rid the message boards of that kind of problem. Thank you.
