is this tournament sanctioned by usahil? I heard it was so does that mean we have to pay that weekend warrior rip off fee? is tour sponsoring this event?

Yes you will need to get a weekend warrior pass. Almost every tournament requires you to have one in case you did get hurt. The tournament is being sponsored by Tour so it should be a lot of fun.
