I know there's a decent example of a stat sheet in the book called 'Roller Hockey: Stategies for Winning on Wheels'. It's not like an official league stat sheet; more like one applicable for a team statistician to use.

The book is good and worth picking up though. Search Amazon for it.

I believe that you can get them from USA HOCKEY INLINE.. contact them at www.usahockeyinline.com your league should be able to get them.. they are actual game sheets ...j-bo

PS.. I do have a scheduling software from all pro software, and they have an addon hockey stats program.. I haven't tried that one yet though.....I will in the near future and will let ya'll know how it is..
