thanks ! Do you know if players are allowed to play in XIHL and MLRH at the same time ? Heard a roomer we can't. I was thinking about contacting Neil to possibly play with the Rockers.

Apparently there is a rule against playing for both. A rule I disagree with. We are not paid, there is no "contract", and we play hockey for fun. We should play where ever we feel like playing. Forget this "the owners shell out money for a product" stuff. If the product was that great, we would stay. Right? If you don't like the league, play somewhere else. I played in a league last year that promised AllStar shirts, pants and wheels to those chosen. Those picked by their peers, have yet to receive a single wheel. Not that a jersey will make or break anyone's wardrobe, it's just the fact that a word was given, and never delivered on. So...if I played in that league this year, and had a MLRH game the same weekend, well MLRH, here I come. By the way, Neil has been great so far making things easy for us up here in Mass.. Looking forward to our first game Saturday and meeting the rest of the team. Hopefully we will see you there. Unless your contract forbids you from going. LOL

I will find out for sure, but that blows if that's the case. Especially for the fact that our season was supposed to end last weekend. I have no problem with the XIHL, actually like it despite the growing pains involved this season; but want the freedom to play in another league if I choose. If the rule does exist, I could see why. IF the rule doesn't exist, teams and leagues would hurt due to schedule conflicts. Players would have to choose from weekend to weekend which team they want to play for. There should be exceptions and in this case I feel one should be made. Not sure if I could even join the team this weekend if it was allowed, but I would find out the "rule". Do you know the Rockers roster ??

Neither Eagles fan nor Pats fan but, Great game ! Just can't believe the way the Eagles handled the last 5 minutes of the game. They had a real good shot at winning until the coaching staff fell asleep.
