About 400 fans at the Dulles Sportsplex for the MLRH opener. 14-6 DC Mad Dogs defeated the Virginia Wings, even with their Czech IIHF Star. Wonder how the other teams (NC, NJ, Philly, NY) will do and when the web site will be updated?

What rinks are the other teams going to be playing out of?

DC Mad Dogs plays out of the Dulles Sportsplex, a HUGE rink surface with a more modern ice court surface. VA Wings play out of Slapshots, which has a great rink and sport court. Philly Rage plays out of Feasterville, Carolina, is somewhere in Raliegh; NY Dragons are playing out of THREE different home rinks in near NYC; and South Jersey is playing in Voorhees I think.

I had heard that Feasterville didn't want full check hockey in their rink anymore. (5/26/04 at 9:00am was the date and the time of that post)

I don't know who told you that the Philly Rage play out of Feasterville but I can promise you they do not. As one of the directors of the Sportsplex in Feasterville I gurantee we have no MLRH playing out of our facility. Any questions regarding this you can private message me.

Carolina will be playing at the Carolina SportsPlex in Morrisville, NC. I believe it's the only inline facility down there that's worth a darn.
