The New Jersey Werewolves would like to thank the Sacramento Saxons and the Sac Sports Arena staff and owners for making the trip an enjoyable one. For all of the fans, and there were a bunch at both games, they got to witness some hard hitting exciting inline hockey played between two very passionate teams. Game one featured a Saxons team that pursued the puck and finished every check and a Werewolves team that played timid at first but got rolling late and provided a late comeback that fell short. Game two was much of the same with the big difference being the Werewolves finishing their opportunities and the Saxons just missing theirs. These two teams were equally matched and provided a great series and hopefully more to come. Once again we thank all involved for a tremendous trip and we are looking forward to the festival season opening on October 30th in Hartford.
