Bauer Vapor XI

I saw these on epuck.com and they look like a good quality mid range skate. I was wondering if anyone had any information on this model or really all the Vapors from this one up...the XV, & the XX.
The boot looks a lot like the Nike HiHo and Roller Daddy. I tried those and they were great everywhere except the arch support. It was totally in the wrong position for my foot and it really dug into me something fierce!!

I just don't want to get them only to find out that they fit the same as the Nike's did on me!

I plan on using the Red Star chassis. Any info appreciated!

at the store that i work at we sell maore vapros than any other skate, more specifically the 20's, however all of them are good, the XX are jus more durable and lighter and only slightly stiffer, personally though, if i was going to take an iceskate and make into roller i would take the baeur 80 90, i was wearing them for like an hour at work yesterday without molding them they didnt hurt my feet at all, but if your heart is set on vapors than i recomend the XX's expecially if you are an adult who is going to use them for a long time, because you wont get the same like out of the XI's, but if you really cant afford it than the XI's will do ok but you'll just wear them out faster

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I just don't feel like plopping down almost $500.00 on a pair of skates right now, but the Vapor VX and the Xi are both very comfy and are a lot stiffer than my old Tours 962/902's are now! I have just worn those out and I need some new skates fast!! The Vapors are very comfortable, I am anxious to get them done and start skating on them ASAP!! I will let you know how they turn out! I am sending them to California for the switch! There is a guy at hockeyandskateoutlet.com that is real good at switching out chassis! He is mentioned a lot on other Roller Hockey Forums. I will have them back soon!!
