All,

At this time Im comfortable with the information I've been given and know the equipment I'll be getting.
Now I want to piss away some more money:)
Could anyone recommend good instruction books/videos?
Something that will cover the basics of skating with drills and fundamentals. I can skate but Im not a good skater.

Thanks!

Hi Reaper,

Check out the excellent inline hockey video series produced by iMedia for USA Hockey InLine. They're advertised with a banner ad on IHC, and I plan to review them as soon as I can start updating the site again.

Greg Siller's book, "Winning Roller Hockey" (if I remember correctly), is also popular with IHC's readers.

Hi Reaper,

If you don't see the banner ad, you can go directly to the site that sells the USA Hockey InLine video series:

Hope that helps.

The two books I currently have are:
"Winning Roller Hockey" - Dave Easter and Vern Stenlund
"Roller Hockey - Skills and Strategies for Winning on Wheels" - by Greg Siller

These are bar none the best out there. The first contains a lot of excellent drills, while the second contains drills but also thoroughly explains strategy and team play. Check them out, it's only about $30 for both of them off amazon.com
