Hi ethman,

Thanks for the post. Do they still play at Chelsea Piers?

I don't know about Chelsea Piers, I've never played roller hockey there. I think they might have a league but I have no idea about pick up.

Where are you located?

Hi ethman,

I'm on the West Coast. I just asked because I knew people used to play at Chelsea Piers, but I hadn't heard about it for a while. Thanks.

Richard,

Yeah there's still hockey at Chelsea Piers. I know they have a bunch of ice hockey leagues and pick up games and some sort of roller hockey league. The only drag is that the place is so expensive.

Hi ethman,

Thanks for the heads up. That's one thing about pickup hockey at the beach in Santa Monica, California. If you lived close enough, like I did, and didn't have to pay for parking, it's free. Unless, of course, you count the cost of stopping at Perry's Pizza for a Coke or Pepsi so you could see the girls in the bikinis skate by on the bike path...

Hi,

Sorry, that last post was by my evil twin brother. He likes pretty women in bikinis. I apologize for his behavior and will do a better job of keeping him off my computer.

Sincerely,
