I was just looking on this sites list of teams and leagues!!
I was looking in the England section as that is where I am!!
I found a few teams in my area, One in perticular, the boothstown bulls!! This team suck!! I have been playing this season with an u18's team, who shall remain name-less! We were having a good season so far and were 2nd in the manchester league, this ment that we were going to the nationals this year! woo-hoo!!!
Until a **** who is the manager of bootstown found out that (not to our knowladge) a player who had played 4 game and scored 0 goals was technicaly 4 months too old too register for us this year!! no one had checked his birth certificate for authenticity and it was artificialy altered, by him, so he could continue to play!
The manager of the bulls found this out through the grape vine, and now players like me who have worked their a** off all season get 4 wins docked off their leag standing and dont get to go to the nationals!!
The player in question is the most at fault but a manager shouldnt have to check a birth certificate as he is obviously not qualified enough to do so!!
This is a gross injustice and the league are well out of order!
This player wasn't very good and had no direct influence on any of the games!
I feel cheated, They wont even let us replay the 4 games!! Is it just me or do other people see this as unfair??
A team take a new player at face value, he produces a birth certificate, and then the club is penalised for accepting him??
