It has something to do with Jason Domitrovic out in California. Perhaps he will enlighten us when he has the chance.

There's more info on www.sealweenies.com (not that I'd normally link to that MB from here, but just for the sake of answering some questions...)

Is there too much to just copy/paste, so we don't have to visit that place?

Doesn't this sound like a huge nation wide tournament?

Yes, definitely too much to copy and paste.

However, here's a direct link so you don't have to wade through anything you don't want to :)

How are they going to determine the state in which a child resides? School records? Birth certificates won't do it, and they don't pay taxes, so..this is going to be interesting.

Ill tell you right now, in the adult division, from PIHA alone, there are more than 12 great players in the state of pennsylvania....you could probable divide pa into 4 regions and still have a great team....Wheres speedhockey? lol

They don't mention an adult division.

Are they having an adult division?

That's ok. For some of us, our skill levels fit in quite nicely with the atoms.

Hi Breakaway,

I've posted something about State War on the IHC Home Page and will post more information as I get it. Thanks for the heads up.

I think it could be a great opportunity to create a national program, where eventually league play rather than just tryouts might become the feeder system to a state team.

Because there is not a true "pro" league to aspire to for the younger inline player, this could offer a realistic incentive for kids, to help create a more complete state wide inline program. Players could develop through a tier system to reach the zenith of their sport on a state basis.

I got the impression after visiting the web site that they are only having 21under players..the last age bracket was 85-83..that I saw...
