If you're talking about the M-2, it's awesome. Definitely lighter than an Ultra Lite. One guy on my team said it looks like my shot is faster. Take that for what its worth but it has a great feel.

Are you talking about the red stick? I believe it's the L-2. I've been asking about it myself. I've seen the L-2 in only a one piece so far.

I walked in to a pro shop just to look around and when they saw they had it I picked two up. I think ehockeyheaven.com or hockeygiant are also selling them.

someone here has this wrong. The M-2 is already out and its just like any other shaft. Now the mission L-2 wont be out till sometime in june. This is basically missions version of an easton synthesis. A stick well worth the wait.

Mission has two new sticks out for 2004. They introduced the M-2 which is a 2-piece version of the M-1 which accepts any standard shaft. It came out in April. My wife bought me one for my birthday which was May 5th. :) Retails for $89.99

The second new stick is the L-2. It is a composite tapered shaft the accepts the shorter hosel blades only. It ships with two blades. Started shipping to market on April 15th but I'm just now seeing it on websites. Retails for $169.99

I hope this helps you out. Sorry it is a late reply but I just found this sight.
