I took a ride tonight down to the Marple Sports Arena to check out the Game and to see what all the fuss is about.
I'll tell ya what Cj Yoder is un real. The Gladiator's won 9-3 and looked mighty good. I was hoping to see a better game but the Thunder stayed in Hartford. John Pinhero took a few huge hits early in the game and was virtually ineffective the rest of the game. The Gladiator's took three bad penalties early and lucked out the Thunder didn't score. It was pretty physical all game but once the Gladiator's got up they put out the big guy who sat the bench all game. He's not a very good player but the Thunder big guy wouldn't even look at him. Once he stepped on the floor the Physical play slowed down from the Thunder side. Nice building great game day presentation and a cool half time video. Hopefully The Thunder Will show up in game two and three.
