Outdoor Rink Problems

We have a nice outdoor rink, however, over the years the concrete footers have risen, creating an unlevel and unsafe surface along the boards. Are there other facilities with similar problems? Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

It is normal for that to happen in outdoor rinks. It happens because of the continuous warming and cooling of the ground. The same thing that causes your rink problem also causes things such as pot holes.

Your best bet is to get a contractor to redo the surface the remove and reset the boards into the ground. That is really all you can do.
