Hi Folks,
Sorry for the lack of news updates on the Home Page recently. I've been a bit busy -- I moved to Oregon three days ago. I'm now in McMinnville, about 35 miles southwest of Portland. I'll check out the inline hockey scene in the vicinity soon -- I know that there's nothing happening in McMinnville.
If any Inline Hockey Central fans visit the area, they're welcome to check out my new homestead: Riverside Farm. I'm the farm foreman, and I'm working to help the farm owner create a garden area where we'll grow flowers, vegetables and fruit for a farmer's market that we'll set up in the barn. Yesterday I killed a black widow spider that was in a toolbox that I was cleaning out. Scientists are right when they say that female black widows kill their mates after mating -- all that was left of her former paramour were some legs stuck in a bit of web. Sorta reminds me of the dating scene in Southern California... /wtimages/icons/wink.gif
I hope to get some news updates on site soon -- I've found a cool cyber cafe/pool hall in town with a wireless antenna, so I guess I'll be spending some time here. /wtimages/icons/smile.gif
Sincerely,
Richard Graham
