I'd like to start by thanking all the Thunder fans who have been voicing their concerns about the Thunder team. Since our team policy, along with most of the class teams in the MLRH, is not to have players post on this message board, the previous threads have been unanswered by any active Thunder personal, and therefore have turned this into a version of the IHC Tabloids.
To clarify the recent inaccurate posts regarding my team, I'll reply with the facts, and not start rumors. Fact, to those of you concerned, Johnny P has been and is still playing with the Hartford Thunder. The talk about contracts, ownership and coaches not releasing players, and so on is actually fun to read considering none of that talk is going on within the Thunder camp. I find it humorous that other players in the league think they know about whats going on within another teams organization, when in fact they are clueless. Or, maybe it's a ploy to attempt to disrupt a team that they fear to play down the road. Whatever their reasons, their comments are not valid, and lack professionalism. Sure, the Thunder Team has recently had some internal issues like most teams do. However, they stay internal. They are now behind us, and we are a tighter knit family more now then ever before. To add insight on some of the comments made. In my opinion, and in the opinion of many of the Thunder and MLRH fans, Johnny is the single most exciting player to watch in this league. There is lots of talent around this league, but Johhny's style of play is unmatched. He carries himself on the rink as he does off, and that is with class. It is an honor and a privilege to have him, as well as all the other current Thunder players, as part of our team. Again we appreciate all the concerns, but all is well down Thunder road.
Best of luck to all, and we hope you enjoy the rest of the season.
