Mission Wicked Lights

I own a pair of Mission Wicked Lights and recently the female part of the axle (the aluminum part that is compressed into the carbon frame) fell off of the frame. Does anyone know how long it usually takes Mission to fix or replace skates? and what do they usually do fix or replace them? Any information would be appreciated.
