I heard the Boston Storm lost this weekend 21-6. Anyone know who was in net for Boston?? Did anyone happen to see the game? I heard the Storm goalie lost his temper.

That score is correct. Marple was all over us. We went into that game thinking they would come at us one way and they switched it up and went another. They're a good team. A dam good team. As far as who played net, I started, and our backup came in at half time. I went back in after the backup got tossed. So no it wasn't me who losed his temper. Although I did want to whack S. Ying for making me look stupid on a number of plays. I'll get you next time my man. Hey Ying, thanks again for hanging out with us at the bar Saturday. Good hockey talk.

Ya... I heard Marple dystroyed the Storm... I didnt get to see the game but I was talking to some guys who did and they said the shots were close but the goalies were the difference... both of them couldnt keep their heads on straight and got lit up early and often... Anyway the Bullets looked good this weekend.

In defense of there goalies there isnt much more they could of done, I am very surprised by the shot totals I figured we had a 2 to 1 edge at least.

Ya, I saw some statistics out there for their goalies:

Roger Lee: 40 shots, 24 saves
Eddie Lyonnaise: 14 shots, 9 saves<P ID="edit"><FONT SIZE=-1><EM>Edited by RichardGraham on 11/25/03 10:26 AM.</EM></FONT></P>

I think you missed my point on this one, Marple isnt exactly the easiest team to goal against. Take it from me I play and practice against these guys on a weekly basis.

Its just not fun unless you stand in front of it!

Oh i don't play in this league. I just follow the Storm because I'm from Boston. I would play but the schedule interferes with my real job. Gotta deliver the milk to all the thirsty families in good old Massachusetts!
