Chris Madsen, the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim former television play-by-play man, will be here Saturday, November 22 from 10 a.m. - 3pm offering copies of his new book, "Joshua Shoots, He Scores."
Chris will be signing the book and hopefully Joshua Souder will be able to be here as well. Chris will also be donating proceeds from his book to St. Jude's Children's hospital. Please show your support for this hearwarming story and come in and meet Chris -- and if Josh is here -- get a chance to meet an unsung hero. Josh has recently undergone four more surgeries and is proud of the story Chris tells in his book.
THANKSGIVING CONTEST WINNERS
Congratulations to Katie Nicoll. Katie singlehandedly brought in over 400 items for the Tustin Rescue Mission's Thanksgiving. Katie received four tickets 11/21 Mighty Ducks vs. Nashville NHL game.
GOOD NEWS PROTECTIVE NETTING TO BE REPLACED AS OF 12/1
The protective netting around all three rinks will be replaced beginning December 1. The new netting will reach the ceiling and be see-through. We hope this feature will help us keep the pucks in the rink area with little chance of them going into the spectator area. Look for more improvements in the months coming!
Thank you,
Doug Jones
