I am looking to get me a nice set of indoor skates for next season , And i was just wondering if the d1s where worth the extra 100 bucks ... Which ways are the d1s better and are they really that much better ? BTW right now i use a 98 set of mission proto v's that i will continue to use outdoors = )

Hah man, the 98 proto V's were awsome!!! I used to wear those...the chassis broke though...otherwise I'd still be rockin'em!

I had a set of those too... my boot gave up on me though so they were sadly retired.

I have the 98 proto v as well...Used them ever since two months ago when i got a pair of d-2 for $100 bucks. Couldnt pass on them.They are also a great skate as well but my protos are still in good condition and am using them for rec skating now...
