<font color=blue>The Nations-Tobin Polar Bears inline hockey team is looking for two players (skaters, forward or defense) to join us in our participation in the Women's Division of the USA Hockey Inline Cup adult national championship tournament.
The event is Thu-Sun, September 18-21, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The team is based in El Paso, Texas, but we welcome players from anywhere.
Skill level is not a requirement. Commitment to play the game of inline hockey with a young team of dedicated teammates is. We are extending an invitation for a long term commitment if desired.
Player fee of $75, each player handles her own expenses. Each player receives set of custom (name/numerals/logo) Polar Bear uniform sweaters, presently featured pictorially on the opening page of the USA Hockey Inline website.
Polar Bears have positive, non-adversarial-yet-competitive attitude toward teammates, opponents, and respect for the Spirit of the Game. Polar Bears teams, including both our Girls' 12's and Girls' 17's teams, won National Team Sportsmanship Award for their respective divisions at the recent USAHIL Youth National Championships. We win it as a team, or lose it as a team, every player plays.
Readers of IHC are familiar with the Polar Bear philosophy and our love of the game.
