Don't hold me to this but I believe the Western Conference will have teams from Arizona, Colorado, Lancaster, Fresno, San Jose, Lathrop, Oakland, and Sacramento. I know we (Sacramento) will be holding tryouts soon (date to be determined still) and I will post that info here asap. You might want to register your name/info at MLRH.com as an interested player too. Hope this helps.

What ever happened to the Lake Elsinore team???

Last I heard they were a "maybe" so I don't know their status. I'd like to see 'em return and have two teams in the L.A area. Guess we'll see...
