Hey boys, been a long time since I been on this part of IHC's board. I am looking forward to possibly attending the tourney in Marple at the beginning of September. As a fan of the MLRH, is there any new signings or goings on with the main franchises? From going on the Sting website and MLRH, they have made some changes ( for the better?). I think we all know, if you want a good team, stack them up against Ringer or the Glads. Frankly, no team has upgraded that great ( to my knowledge) to put up much of a fight for champion and finalist. Is the league getting better? Will the ref camp help protect the players? I certainly hope so, because as a fan of George Henning and others who play with reckless abandon, we need these guys playing a whole season. The cheap shot artists should be banned and given major suspensions for ridiculous actions. How bout the fighting aspect? Will there be an instigator in place? The fights I saw, it was one guy dropping the gloves first and jumping another guy. That isnt fair to the player getting jumped or the overall sportmanship of the players actions. Will there be a day that MLRH or even piha for that matter, will get the exposure they both deserve? I certainly hope so.

I was last season and enjoyed adequate success in my rookie venture to the league. As for the direction of the team, if you show strong desire and a will to play every game, I am sure you will succeed with them Bobby. I am enjoying myself right now, waiting and seeing how everything pans out. Season starts October 25th, so I got some time to figure it all out. Best of luck to Joe Verna and the Sting organization.
