I am getting a new pair of D1's. Should they be baked straight out of the box , or should I wear them
a few times first ?

You can do either, as far as I know. Might as well bake them right away.

BAKE THEM AND GET THEM TO MOLD TO YOUR FEET , THAN SKATE TO PREVENT BLISTERS
