Do any of you guys think that there will ever be an inline Olympics for women? I think that it is high time that there is. I know that the summer Olympics are supposed to be the big thing, but for me I like the Winter Games because of the hockey--women's in particular. I would be more interested in the Summer Games if there were an inline women's hockey tournament.

only an opinion...
we have noted before that women's collegiate varsity inline hockey will probably happen prior to men's, with Title IX compliance numbers as catalyst.
should legitimate women's professional inline hockey be marketed correctly, it would have the same appeal as women's professional tennis and maybe golf.
Olympic sports such as figure skating, track & field, gymnastics play as well, or better, for the women than the men. Inline hockey might be another one of these.
could happen...it is going to be fun to watch the development of these opportunities over the next 3-4 years...

I believe it could happen in the next 3-4 years, but it is going to take a group of people to build the interest and maybe we need to develop a Junior national invitational for girls with the different divisions and get the interest out there visually to the public. My daughter would be estatic.
